As our window covers are all handmade items customised to your order, we are unable to just take them off the shelf and send them out. Once we have all your information and the order is placed, we aim to get them delivered to you within 10 working days, busier periods may vary though and could be closer to 15 days.
Our UK shipping costs vary depending on your order but start from £17.99. We offer free delivery in the UK for orders over £400.
We can ship to anywhere in the world but the cost of shipping will have to be calculated per customer and confirmed by you before we proceed with the order. Please contact us for a quote if you’d like us to ship abroad.
Returns are welcome 14 days from the shipping date at the customers expense. Returns need to be sent back in complete packaging in an unused condition. If the return is made in less than this condition, a restock fee will be deducted from the refund provided.
In the scenario a mistake or a manufacturing defect is found, Eyesopen VanGear will also cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us via email to make arrangements.
